The Long Point Phragmites Action Alliance held a virtual public information session on July 30th 2021. During the session representatives from the Nature Conservancy of Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada – Canadian Wildlife Service, the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry, and Parks Canada presented on the success of Phragmites control in the Long Point region and on control work planned for 2021. A copy of the presentation has been provided for those who were unable to attend.
